Coach Creed — Creator Addendum

These Creator Terms (the "Creator Addendum") apply to anyone who becomes a "Creator" on Coach Creed. They are an addendum to the standard Coach Creed Terms of Service. If anything in this Creator Addendum conflicts with the standard Terms, this Creator Addendum controls for matters specific to Creator activities.

By checking the agreement box during creator onboarding, you accept this Addendum.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must already have, or you must create, a regular Coach Creed account in good standing.
• You agree that any biographical information, certifications, credentials, social media handles, and claimed expertise on your Creator profile are truthful and accurate. Knowingly false or materially misleading claims are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
• You may not impersonate another person, brand, or organization without their written authorization.

2. Content License You Grant to Coach Creed

When you upload, write, record, or generate "Creator Content" on the platform — including coaching cues, voice samples, video clips, agent personality settings, AI-generated agent outputs derived from your inputs, exercise methodology insights, and any other text, audio, or video you publish through the Creator Portal — you grant Hey Creed LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Reproduce, adapt, transcode, and synthesize your Creator Content into the formats needed to deliver it to athletes inside the Coach Creed application (text-to-speech, voice cloning, in-app overlays, push notifications, watch haptics).
• Use your display name, handle, profile photo, and likeness to attribute that content to you within the platform.
• Cache, store, and distribute your Creator Content through the platform's content delivery infrastructure.
• Display your Creator Content in marketplace listings, marketing previews, and creator landing pages operated by Coach Creed.

You retain all underlying ownership of your Creator Content. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating the Coach Creed platform and terminates when you delete the content or terminate your Creator account, subject to Section 6.

3. Voice Cloning Consent

If you upload voice samples through the Voice Lab, you specifically consent to Coach Creed using those samples to:

• Generate a synthetic voice model that approximates your voice.
• Synthesize new audio in your cloned voice from coaching scripts you author or that the platform generates from your written cues.
• Deliver that synthesized audio to subscribers of your coaching agent inside the Coach Creed app.

You may revoke this consent at any time by deleting your voice samples and requesting voice model deletion in your Profile settings. We will deactivate the voice model from delivery within 7 business days of a verified request.

4. Revenue and Payouts

Revenue share, payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, currency, and tax reporting obligations are governed by a separate Creator Payouts Addendum that will be made available before any monetary obligations between you and Hey Creed LLC come into effect.

Until the Creator Payouts Addendum is active and you have completed Stripe Connect onboarding (where applicable):

• No fees are owed to you by Hey Creed LLC.
• No fees are owed by you to Hey Creed LLC for hosting, processing, or distributing your Creator Content.
• Either party may terminate the Creator relationship without owing any payment.

5. Quality and Safety Standards

Your Creator Content must not:

• Present medical advice as a substitute for licensed medical care.
• Promote unsafe lifting techniques, dangerous training loads, eating disorders, or banned substances.
• Be hateful, harassing, or discriminatory toward any user or group.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

Coach Creed reserves the right to remove Creator Content that violates these standards or applicable law, with reasonable notice to you when practical.

6. Takedown and Termination

You may, at any time:

• Request removal of any individual Creator Content asset (a cue, voice sample, agent, etc.).
• Request termination of your entire Creator account.

We will deactivate requested content from active delivery within 7 business days of a verified request, and remove it from our production systems within 30 days. Backup retention timelines for legal and compliance purposes are described in our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate the Creator relationship for any reason, with or without cause. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

7. Disclaimers

• Coach Creed makes no guarantee about how many subscribers you will attract, how much revenue you will earn, or how athletes will perform using your content.
• Coach Creed is not a guarantor of the accuracy of your Creator Content; you remain responsible for it.
• The platform is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey Creed LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or liability arising from:

• Your Creator Content (including infringement, defamation, false credentials, or unsafe instruction).
• Your breach of this Creator Addendum or the standard Terms of Service.
• Your interactions with subscribers outside the Coach Creed platform.

9. Governing Law

This Creator Addendum is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under this Addendum shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to This Addendum

We may update this Creator Addendum from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice (at least 14 days) of material changes through the Creator Portal or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Creator Portal after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Addendum.
